I signed up today for my journey to competing in my first fitness competition. Luckily I am still tan from my birthday vacation to Hawaii or else it may have been a little more frightening to get photographed in January in a bikini. But after getting my pictures taken, measuring my body and talking to my coaches Kimberlin and DJ I have a lot of work to do in 20 weeks. The next couple months will be about eating a lot of lean protein and putting on muscle weight. Some of the major body parts I need to work on are building quad sweeps, my cap delts, inner calf and abs. This means changing my diet and weight training 5x a week. OK, well here we go!
